The Japanese manufacturer of high-quality sanitary appliances TOTO marked its entry into the European market at the Frankfurt trade fair ISH. For the design of the 800m2 exhibition stand, MACH focused on a clear visualization of TOTO's brand message 'Clean Technology'. At the same time, the appearance embodied a big hello to Europe.
The brand's three main product lines were presented in three zones. The designs for these zones came from three architectural firms and were implemented under the direction of MACH. Four large information cubes structured the stand and gave visitors insight into the history of the manufacturer. The white façade of the stand contrasted a darker interior. This gave the products’ white ceramic finishes a stronger appearance.
