The New York-headquartered investment company is one of the world's largest in alternative investments. Its British division was looking for a strong identity for its new project, Nido, a student accommodation concept in the heart of London.
The agency Winkreative was commissioned to develop it, and MACH analogously created an exceptional interior concept for the 800-room student accommodation in London's King's Cross district. The success of this initial concept led to another, even larger residential project with 1,200 rooms in London's up-and-coming Spitalfields district, as well as the first Nido student accommodation outside the UK in Barcelona.
All three projects are based on a mix of large-scale project management, creative flair, and precise design and engineering. This winning combination has helped take student accommodations to a new level.
